Estimates and scheduling
Website calculator results are preliminary ranges, not guaranteed final prices or scheduled appointments. Kyle confirms the final scope, price, and scheduling after reviewing the property address, photos, measurements, access, surface condition, and job complexity.
First In Response Exteriors has a $150 minimum service charge for a scheduled visit. Bundle savings may be available when multiple services are scheduled together and are confirmed as part of the final estimate.
Customer access and preparation
Most exterior-cleaning services require access to a working outdoor water spigot and safe access to the areas being serviced. Before arrival, customers should close windows and doors, unlock necessary gates, move fragile outdoor items, keep pets and children safely away from the work area, and disclose known hazards or access concerns.
Service height and access
First In Response Exteriors currently accepts one- and two-story work only. We do not perform three-story, high-rise, lift, or rope-access work. Kyle confirms access and a safe service method before scheduling.
Roof cleaning limits
Standard roof-cleaning pricing applies only to safely serviceable one-story asphalt-shingle roofs and has a $400 minimum. Steep, complex, elevated, two-story, difficult-access, or non-asphalt roofs require separate review and approval and may be declined.
Fence cleaning and premium restoration
Fence cleaning is priced by total surface square footage, with each side measured separately, and has a $150 minimum. Premium fence restoration applies to accessible, heavily soiled or weathered fencing that needs additional treatment, agitation, dwell time, or repeated applications. Paint or stain stripping is not included in either cleaning option and requires an inspection, test area, and personalized quote. Results depend on the coating, wood, age, condition, and previous treatments. Sanding, staining, sealing, painting, structural repair, and guaranteed complete coating or discoloration removal are not included unless specifically stated in the written estimate.
Dryer vent service limits
Standard dryer-vent pricing applies only when the complete vent run can be safely and effectively serviced with current equipment, which has up to 40 feet of cleaning-tool reach. The 16-foot inspection camera is a limited visual aid near an accessible connection or termination and does not provide a complete inspection of longer runs. Multiple bends, upper-floor or roof terminations, difficult access, severe obstructions, damaged ducts, or runs beyond current capability require approval first and may be referred or declined. Repairs, electrical work, and roof access are not included.
Underground drainage service limits
Underground downspout and solid yard-drain flushing starts at $225 per accessible line, up to 100 feet. French-drain flushing starts at $275 per accessible run, up to 100 feet, when usable access is available. Severe or unresolved blockages are stopped and reassessed. Excavation, pipe repair, root cutting, collapsed-line correction, and guaranteed restoration of failed drainage systems are not included.
Cleaning methods and expected results
Cleaning methods are selected for the material and condition of each surface. This may include low-pressure soft washing, controlled pressure, pretreatment, surface cleaning, detail work, or specialty treatment.
Cleaning can greatly improve organic buildup and appearance, but it cannot guarantee the removal of every stain or correction of permanent damage. Oxidation, fading, rust, oil, hard-water damage, failed coatings, loose materials, failed seals, leaks, structural issues, and deeply set discoloration may remain or require separate specialty work.
Existing property conditions
Customers should identify known leaks, loose siding or shingles, damaged screens, failing paint or stain, cracked surfaces, drainage problems, electrical concerns, or other fragile areas before service. First In Response Exteriors is not responsible for hidden or pre-existing damage revealed during normal cleaning.
Weather and rescheduling
Exterior cleaning depends on safe, workable weather. Rain, wind, lightning, extreme temperatures, or unsafe surface conditions may require a schedule change. Kyle will communicate promptly when conditions make rescheduling necessary.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the scheduled service date unless the written estimate states otherwise. The remaining balance is due when service is completed. The final approved estimate and any documented changes determine the amount due.

Questions or changes
If the requested work, access, measurements, or property condition changes, the final scope and price may change as well. Kyle will explain material changes before additional work proceeds.
