Is underground drain flushing included with gutter cleaning?
No. Gutter cleaning includes standard above-ground downspout flushing. Buried downspout extensions, solid yard drains, and French drains are separate services because the access, length, condition, and equipment needs are different.
How long of a drain line can you service?
Standard underground drainage options apply to one accessible run up to 100 feet. Actual serviceability depends on usable access, line configuration, condition, and the type of obstruction.
Can you clean a French drain?
Accessible French-drain runs can be reviewed for cleaning and flushing when usable access is available. The service does not include excavation, rebuilding the drain, replacing fabric or gravel, or correcting a failed design.
Will flushing guarantee that the drain works permanently?
No. Cleaning can help when debris or sediment is restricting a serviceable line, but it cannot correct collapsed pipe, bad pitch, separation, root damage, undersized drainage, or other structural problems.
Do you remove roots or repair broken drain pipe?
No. Root cutting, excavation, pipe repairs, collapsed-line correction, and replacement are not included. Those conditions may require a drainage, plumbing, or excavation professional.
What happens if the blockage does not clear?
Kyle stops and reassesses severe or unresolved blockages. He will explain what was attempted, what could be observed, and whether a different professional or repair approach is likely needed.
What access do you need?
The line needs a usable, safely reachable opening such as a disconnected downspout connection, cleanout, catch basin, or accessible discharge point. Kyle confirms the access before scheduling the work.
